Couple’s Mat Massage Workshop

Our Tai Chi & Couple’s Massage Event offers a perfect blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and celebration of togetherness.  

Event Highlights: 

Meditation and breathing exercises to prepare our mind (5 min);

Tai Chi session to prepare our body (10 minutes);

Couple Massage Workshop (60 minutes):          

•       Hands-On Guidance: Learn basic massage techniques with step-by-step instructions         

•       Relaxation Techniques: Focus on back, shoulders, hands, and feet for ultimate relaxation         

•       Bonding Experience: Strengthen your relationship through touch and mutual care
